Sci-fi- Books

Sci-Fi books have been a popular form of entertainment for generations. From Jules Verne’s classic “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” to modern classics like “The Giver”, “Adulthoodrites”, and “Codebreakers”, sci-fi books are a great way to explore new worlds and ideas. These are some of the most popular sci-fi books and we will look at what makes them so appealing.

First, we’ll explore the classic sci-fi books. These are stories that have been around for decades and have been enjoyed by readers of all ages. Books like “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” and “The War of the Worlds” are considered classic sci-fi books, and they still captivate new readers today. We’ll examine why these classic books are still so popular and what makes them so timeless.

20,000 leagues under the sea details a futuristic story of travel to the deepest parts of the ocean. Many of Jules Vernes books take voyages into unknown territory if it is in the ocean or the Core.

War of the Worlds details the Martians coming to take over and people still read it all the time. War of the Worlds has even been adapted into many films.

Books like The Giver, Adulthoodrites, and Codebreakers have become popular in the last few decades, and they offer readers a glimpse into new and exciting worlds. We’ll explore why these books are so popular and what readers can expect when they pick up one of these titles. I have written a review of the first book of The Giver. I write a lot about Octavia Butler, she is my favorite Sci-fi writer. Adulthoodrites and War of Worlds have a similar story of an invasion. All three of the books follow what seems like a post-apocalyptic world.

Finally, we’ll take a look at “The Last Olympian”, which falls more into the category of mythology than sci-fi. This book offers readers a unique look into the past and examines ancient Greek mythology in a modern context. The last Olympian appeals to adults who love mythology and it is written for a younger reader to enjoy as well.
